If Axel wanted to train on this, then he should hurt himself on a regular basis and very cruelly too. There were some danger signs that the tablet mentioned and if Axel felt it then he should stop it and try to do it again. He tried this for 2 days but there was no result.Meanwhile, his breathing exercise had gotten a lot better and those yoga poses were also helping him recover his stamina a lot faster than before.###It had been 7 more days and finally, Axel could control the aura to boost his lungs. However, he could only do that in a sitting position and he had to do it while running. So, that would take a lot of time.
