<h1>Chapitre 29 : La Légende de la Bibliothécaire Légendaire (3)</h1> <p>Alors que la majorité des costumes de héros arboraient une atmosphère lumineuse et inspirante, ceux des villains dégageaient quant à eux une aura résolument sinistre, comme pour clamer haut et fort : « Regardez, je suis bel et bien un méchant ! »</p> <p>Et au sommet de cette hiérarchie maléfique trônait Gyeolsa.</p> <p>On pourrait croire à une approche superficielle, vu que les cadres et leur dirigeante étaient exclusivement féminins, mais qu'il s'agisse de la cheffe, des gardes du palais, de l'ouvrier sidérurgiste, du céramiste ou même du chaos incarné, les redoutables « Quatre Fléaux » composant les « Quatre Rois Célestes » disposaient d'une puissance magique et de capacités combatives absolument écrasantes.</p> <p>Pourtant, fidèles à leur statut de véritables antagonistes, ils commettaient les pires exactions tout en limitant leurs opérations au seul territoire coréen.</p> <p>Et ce, sans même évoquer le fait que leur appellation de « villains » leur avait été attribuée par l'Association des Héros elle-même.</p> <p>Leurs costumes respectifs constituaient une véritable provocation visuelle, adoptant des styles radicalement éloignés des canons orientaux pour puiser leur inspiration directement dans l'esthétique occidentale !!</p> <p>[Avec l'audace insolente d'arborer des tenues qui bafouent allègrement la décence coréenne ! Des designs si osés qu'ils nécessitent systématiquement un floutage en mosaïque lors de leurs apparitions télévisées ! Voilà l'ultime provocation destinée à semer le trouble dans notre nation bien-aimée ! Tel est l'état d'esprit d'un véritable villain ! Ohohoho !]</p> <p>Par ces choix vestimentaires, Gyeolsa défiait ouvertement les strictes réglementations de censure en vigueur dans le pays.</p> <p>La dirigeante apparaissait initialement vêtue d'une robe d'apparence sobre, mais sa forme transformée révélait une poche de mana si volumineuse qu'elle était systématiquement censurée.</p> <p>Pour ma part, j'avais un faible certain pour ce design.</p> <p>Il évoquait irrésistiblement ces démons de second ou troisième rang qu'on croise habituellement dans les jeux de fantasy médiévale.</p> <p>Un excellent design qui m'aidait justement à prendre mes distances avec ce monde imprégné d'un patriotisme coréen parfois étouffant.</p> <p>Devrais-je dire que ce genre d'esthétique me rappelait opportunément que cet univers était bel et bien un « autre monde » ?</p> <p>C'est précisément pour cette raison que j'avais une préférence marquée pour ces designs.</p> <p>L'orgueil nationaliste excessif des habitants de ce monde, leur patriotisme coréen démesuré, me pesait littéralement.</p> <p>« Grrr... »</p> <p>Yumir tordit la bouche avec une expression dégoûtée en observant le costume de la dirigeante.</p> <p>« ... C'est stylé, je peux pas dire le contraire. Mais le problème, c'est que c'est un villain. Si je m'en inspire ne serait-ce qu'un peu, je me fais virer sur-le-champ. »</p> <p>« Tu marques un point. C'est juste que... Je tenais à te montrer ce costume précisément pour souligner qu'il ne te conviendrait pas, Yumir. Passons à autre chose. »</p> <p>Après avoir fermé la vidéo de la dirigeante, je parcourus à nouveau les commentaires.</p> <p>« Jette un œil à ces réactions. Pas n'importe quel Goblin, je parle spécifiquement de ce « Dodjirider ».]</p> <p>« ...Qu'est-ce que c'est que ce truc ? »</p> <p>La mention soudaine de « Goblin » et le lien joint me mirent immédiatement mal à l'aise.</p> <p>« On clique ? »</p> <p>« Ça sent le lien douteux à plein nez... »</p> <p>« Tu ne connais pas Dodjirider ? »</p> <p>Bien que le nom lui-même sonnait étrange, Yumir semblait familière avec ce Dodjirider.</p> <p>« Vas-y, clique. Je parie que c'est « cette fameuse vidéo ». »</p> <p>« Hum... »</p> <p>Je cliquai sur le lien, et une nouvelle fenêtre s'ouvrit, dévoilant une séquence vidéo.</p> <p>[PRÊT !]</p> <p>[Transformation.]</p> <p>On y voyait la silhouette d'un Goblin se métamorphosant tout en enfilant une ceinture spéciale, le tout accompagné d'un effet sonore puissant.</p> <p>Il fallait l'avouer.</p> <p>Même moi, je ne pouvais nier que c'était franchement cool.</p> <p>La sueur versée et les souvenirs de ce jour où j'avais répété inlassablement des poses devant le miroir pour maîtriser ma transformation, où je m'étais entraîné à synchroniser mes mouvements avec la dirigeante pendant un camp intensif - tout cela n'avait pas été vain.</p> <p>C'était il y a à peine quelques jours, ce jour mémorable où j'étais devenu Dodjirider.</p> <p>Elle m'avait tellement harcelé pendant cet appel vidéo...</p> <p>« Voilà Dodjirider. »</p> <p>« Euh, bon, c'est un villain... mais le design a quelque chose d'unique. »</p> <p>« Exact. Enfin, selon la sensibilité de chacun, ça pourrait aussi passer pour une réprimande assez désagréable. »</p> <p>« Je vois... »</p> <p>Yumir hocha la tête comme si une révélation venait de lui traverser l'esprit.</p> <p>« Tout comme il y a des gens qui trouvent Dodjirider cool parmi les Coréens, personne ne dit « je devrais m'habiller comme ça » si tu es un héros !
