Je ne sais pas d'où ils la tirent, mais chaque personne a droit à un seau d'eau par semaine », expliqua Amelia. « Bien sûr, il faut présenter une pièce d'identité pour vérification, et tu dois venir en personne. »</p> <p>Avant le séisme, ils pouvaient encore se procurer de l'eau par eux-mêmes.</p> <p>Après le tremblement de terre, tout le monde souffrait de la chaleur mais manquait de ressources.
